Features by Screen: Interface Orientation

The Tabs

We've separated the main parts of the system into different tabs: Reports (Dashboard), Contacts, Tasks, Tracking, Autopilot, Messages, and Pages.

Collections

There are certain system-wide conventions that work the same way wherever they're found, including Contacts, Tasks, Sequences, and Messages. We call these "Collections." The following items are examples of items in collections.

Viewing Details

See details for a given item (Contact/Task/Sequence/Message) by clicking on the Contact’s name or the magnifying glass icon. Learn all about contact details here.

Recent Items

The Recent Items pane, in the left column of your screen, is there to help you navigate more quickly. It shows the last ten records that you visited, whether they were Contact records, Sequences, or another record type. Whenever you need to quickly get back to a record that you recently viewed, it should appear in the Recent Items pane, just one click away.

Sorting

You can sort by any of the column headers that you’d like. For instance, it’s often useful to sort by date added or last activity, or lead score to see who your hottest, most engaged, or most recently engaged prospects are. To do this, simply click on any of the column headers.

Change Column Headers

To select what data you'd like to have displayed for each column, simply click the [edit] link just under the words, "current group."

Select All Items on a Given Page

Click the checkbox next to the [edit] link (at the top of the stack of checkboxes).

Current Group

This displays what group you're currently viewing. The default group shown is the group called 'All'. Learn more about groups.

Edit / Create Group

This is where you'll create a new group (or segment) of your list, or edit an existing group. Learn how to create a group here.

Group Actions

Group Actions are functions that you can perform on several items at once. Just click the check boxes next to the Contacts you’d like to affect (or select them all by selecting ‘All in Group’), and then click the appropriate button in the 'Group Actions' pane.
