Postcards: Print Schedule
Print Schedule
We run postcards in batches three times a week on Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings, usually around 8am. Anything sent (or automatically triggered by a sequence) before 5pm the previous business day will be run in the upcoming batch. Anything after 5pm is typically pushed to the next printing day, so we suggest getting all your orders in before 5pm Pacific time Tuesday and Thursday to ensure they're processed as quick as possible.
While our printing schedule is pretty rigid, once the postcard is mailed, it's at the whim of the US Postal Service, the weather and other unsavory outside forces; so mailing delays are possible. Also, holidays will affect the mailing schedule as we don't print or mail on holidays. If you have a strict deadline for when a postcard needs to be delivered (before a holiday, launch etc), it may be better to err on the side of caution (7-8 business days is pretty reasonable).
