Viewing and Changing Your Subscription Level

Here, you can upgrade or downgrade to other levels of the software.

 

Upgrading from SendPepper to OfficeAutopilot

If you're a customer at any of our SendPepper account levels, and you want to upgrade to an OfficeAutopilot account, you can do so, quite seamlessly, by clicking on the little OfficeAutopilot logo in the lower right-hand corner in the bottom of the screen where it says: "Need More Horsepower?". Click here to learn about the differences between the various versions.

 

Updating Your Credit Card Information

If your credit card expires or you choose to use another one, you can update your information by logging in to your account and entering the new, corrected, or alternate credit card info in your 'My Account' area, which can be found in the upper right hand corner of the screen after you log in.

Viewing Your Billing Date

We bill you on around the same date each month. This is it.

 

Viewing the Number of Print Credits You Have and Buying More

Here you can purchase more print credits.

 

Viewing and Printing Invoices

Each time we bill you, we create an invoice for you. If you click on the billing item here under 'Invoices' you'll get a pop-up of the invoice, which you can print for your records.

 

Viewing and Adding Packages

Packages are pre-made content that we, or our partners create and allow you to load into your account. If you have a package code you'd like to enter, you'll simply click the "Change Subscription" link, then near the bottom, you'll click on the "View/Add Packages" link and enter your package code.

 

Cancelling Your Account

Go to the "View and Change My Subscription" link. Once inside that screen, you'll find the 'Cancel' link at the bottom of the screen. Hate to see you go!
