Overview: The Big Idea

The Big Idea- SendPepper

SendPepper is for TWO THINGS.

  1. Following up better with your prospects and clients, both online and offline.
  2. Turning MORE of those prospects into clients and more clients into repeat clients.

See, nearly all companies (large and small) stink at follow up. With their prospects and with their customers.

We get so busy running around putting out fires that the basics of marketing and selling get left behind.

That's too bad, because it costs us a fortune to drop the ball. Without getting into calculations here, I hope we can all agree that if we followed up better we'd make more money.

We all know that intuitively, but somewhere we get stopped. Our experience shows that there are just a few reasons companies don't have great follow up systems in place:

1. Not enough time. This is the big, hairy monster of reasons. I'm pretty sure, though, that if we were really crystal clear about how much it costs us to not follow up with clients and prospects, we'd find the time somewhere.

2. Don't know what to say. This is probably the real reason most of us don't get our follow up act together. The project lives as some hazy, threatening question mark in the back of our heads. Kind of like 'clean out the garage'. It's just monsterous and unknown, so it gets shoved down the list. Once you just dig in, though, it's not so bad.

In fact, it's kind of fun... and liberating.

YOU'VE GOTTEN THIS FAR

You've taken some big first steps. You've gone and researched systems for getting your messages delivered (and congratulations on choosing the very best, by the way.)

I'm betting you don't need to be convinced any more that follow up is worth doing.

Instead, if there's something stopping you now I'd guess it's the 'what to say' part.

Because we know figuring out what to say can be daunting, I put together a little guide on the subject called 'Kick Butt Follow Up Made Easy'.

The Big Idea- OfficeAutopilot

Video: General Overview of OfficeAutopilot (9:07)

Executing consistent, repeatable follow up actions is the true heart beat of EVERY business. Everything we do in business requires follow up. You sell something - it requires follow up. You host a webinar - it requires follow up. You get a new opt-in from your website - it requires follow up.  I think Newton said it best, "For every action there's an equal and opposite reaction." So true in business today.

So if everything in business requires follow up, then why do most struggle with it? Fragmented, disjointed, independent systematization (IF there's ANY systematization at all!).

Here's why most systematization fails: most businesses have to juggle each one of those example follow up scenarios manually. And if you're doing it all manually...how do you grow? Add expensive employees? Work more hours? That's not what our clients do. Our clients simply plan, build, and automate their processes with OfficeAutopilot.

OfficeAutopilot is a Flexible Contact Management System That...

Combines some of the most commonly used technologies for implementing follow up best practices for any small to medium sized business. Email marketing, personalized direct mail marketing, voice broadcast, telemarketing, PURLs, landing pages and even employee task assignments can now be used to automatically follow up with contacts. Just add any combination of those together inside of a sequence and let OfficeAutopilot do all the work for you. Once you build your follow up sequences, contacts get assigned to them manually one at time, all together in a group, or automatically when they fill out a SmartForm or trigger an Active Response rule.

Active Response... what in the world is that?

Well let me just go ahead and tell you. So if having all of those amazing follow up technologies integrated into one system weren't cool enough, we also give OfficeAutopilot users IF-THEN rules that can be triggered based on the BEHAVIOR of any contact. Yes, the behavior of any contact at any time 24/7 who's in your system.

In the past, this type of automation was only available to big companies willing to spend upwards of $30-60k per month!  Not anymore.

Introducing OfficeAutopilot Active Response IF -THEN Automation!

Video: Active Response Rules (10:31)

Just answer three simple questions and easily create IF -Then automated rules:

IF this happens....

(simply tell OfficeAutopilot what's going to change to trigger the rule).

  • Contact clicks on a link in your website...
  • Contact visits your website (x) times in (x) days....
  • Contact opens an email....
  • Contact clicks link in an email....
  • Contact purchases a product....
  • Contact is added to database...
  • Contact field is updated
  • Etc., Etc., Etc....

AND this is true....

(now just tell OfficeAutopilot who this rule applies to and/or who it does not apply to).

  • Is, or is not, subscribed to a sequence.
  • Has, or doesn't have, this tag.
  • Field has, or doesn't have, this value.
  • Lead score is of this value.
  • Has purchased this product(s).
  • Has spent this much on product(s).
  • Etc., Etc., Etc....

NOW do this.....

(then finally tell OfficeAutopilot what to do next).

  • Add or remove from sequences.
  • Send contact an email.
  • Notify someone with email.
  • Change field value.
  • Add to lead router.
  • Add or remove a tag.
  • Etc., Etc., Etc....

Now stop and think about this feature for a second.  Isn't this the same thing you say to your employees? You bet! You might tell them something like this...."If someone buys my stuff, and they're on our email marketing lists, send them the stuff, add them to our newsletter, and call them in two weeks to make sure it arrived." The problem with employees doing that work is twofold. First of all, employees are involved which means they will eventually drop the ball at some point. And second, what happens when you sell more stuff? Add more expensive employees that consume your bottom line?

That's the power of OfficeAutopilot. Now you can set up unlimited OfficeAutopilot Active Response IF-THEN rules and have them running your business 24/7. That's how our system helps you do more with less effort. True workflow automation for less than $10 per day.

Why spend your time, or your employee's time, doing repetitive, boring business tasks when it's so simple to free yourself and focus on more productive things? Things like growing your business and setting up processes to run on autopilot.
