"As a preface: I'm terrible at writing about myself. I started with MoonRay in May of 2009 after having just moved back to California from Washington. Once I had secured a position as a Customer Support Hero I began delving into the software to really get to the core of what it was all about. After several months of Customer support i began to manage our billing responsibilities and became curious about the world of E-mail Delivery. I quickly found out how intricate the challenges ESP's (e-mail service providers) face daily in regards to providing solid e-mail delivery. Since then it has been constant research, training, and growth. I'm excited to conquer all of the challenges regarding the abuse desk to continue to ensure industry-leading delivery as we move forward.

Technology has always been my passion, which inspired me to start Santa Barbara PC about five years ago. Since it's conception I have worked only on referals which has worked out wonderfully for me. It's always been great because it allows me time to do what I enjoy around my work schedule! In my free time I enjoy designing websites, parkour, and rock climbing."

I was born and raised here in Santa Barbara, CA and was really excited when another MoonRay employee, Brendan, referred me to the company in Fall 2009 because it was an opportunity to work for a Santa Barbara based organization. I've always been interested in technology growing up and always taught myself how to troubleshoot and solve technical issues on my own, so I really felt right at home in the tech support unit of our company despite being the youngest and newest member. Though I love technology and have always felt I had a good eye for it, my real passion is writing and film and ever since I was in grade school I've wanted to be an author or director.

I was born and raised in Sonoma, CA (about an hour north of San Francisco). I moved to Santa Barbara after high school and took various classes in the computer field ranging from programming to network engineering and administration. I worked at a large telecommunications company for about 3 years before needing a change of scenery and applied at Moon Ray. I found the atmosphere of a smaller company to be a refreshing change from the setting of a large corporation. I also found that getting to work on more of the 'why' as opposed to just explaining the 'how' was an interesting aspect of working with our clients as well. Outside of work, I'm a very big sports fan sticking with the bay area teams I grew up supporting (regardless of how bad they might be sometimes). I'm also usually playing video games or fixing something around the house.
