Email Best Practices: Whitelisting
Whitelisting
An email whitelist is a list of contacts that the user deems are acceptable to receive email from and should not be sent to the trash folder. Spam.
If you can get your contacts to add you to their whitelist.
Instruct your contacts to be sure your email address is whitelisted. You can do this by telling them to simply add your email address to their address book. This way, their ESP (Email Service Provider) will know that yours is an address they know and trust.
