Getting Started - Welcome to SendPepper and OfficeAutopilot

 

Congratulations on making a wise decision that will transform the way you run your business forever!

 

We are really excited to get you on the phone and get you introduced with your dedicated support rep, expect a call from them shortly. However, you probably want to get in there and start playing as soon as possible so we've developed three different options of how to get started with the system.  Check them out, and pick the best one

 

2 Options For Getting Started - Smooth and Easy

 

  1. Let us show you.

    For you go get em' types, you're more then welcome to hop right in and start setting up your account.  There's a simple process you need to follow.  It's not that hard.  In fact, we have a step-by-step guide right here in the wiki to show you exactly what to do.

    We highly recommend doing things in order so you don't end up overlooking something.  Keep in mind, this knowledge base is available to you all day every day if you happen to get stuck or have a question.  Every aspect of the system is well documented.  There are more than 120 training videos and a few hundred pages of content in this wiki.

  2. Let us help you. 

    We have a support team standing by ready to help you with anything you need!  Our number is 1.888.767.7429 and the support extension is extension 2.  They can help with basic implementation and set up.  Best of all, it's FREE.  Just call us up and let us know!

 

Stuck/Scared/Lonely? Tips for getting stuff solved FAST.

As mentioned above, we have killer support tools available to you that we want you to take advantage of.

 

The details on how to reach support are available in your account in the yellow 'Help' section in the top right.

 

But there are certain guidelines we highly recommend you follow when getting in touch with support in order to receive the best possible support we can offer, they're listed below:

 

  • Jing - Learn it, love it, use it.
    • Jing is an awesome screen capture software designed to be extremely lightweight and easy to use, our support team loves it when clients submit little screenshots or videos along with their support issues because it helps us make sure we fully understand what's going on. Download it here, learn how to use it here. Note: This also is just a great tool, beyond using it to best communicate issues with our support team, you'll almost assuredly find other uses for it when dealing with clients of your business, or just in general.
  • Bug us, every time, all the time.
    • Here's the deal.  If you have a question or if something doesn't seem to be working right, don't be shy.  Don't mess around and waste time.  Let us know, ASAP.  Tell us if you have a problem, need help setting something up, have a question about how to use a feature or something.    
    • We love supporting clients.  That's why it's free and super easy.  All you have to do is a) send an email to support@officeautopilot.com OR use that fancy little blue square button on the left side of every page in the system called, "FEEDBACK".   Otherwise call or chat us.  Either way, we're here to help.

 

FAQs

"Will you guys be creating more resources?"

Yes. Yes we will.  Stay tuned.

 

"Can I get a one-on-one demo?"

We do one-on-one demos for OfficeAutopilot, but not for SendPepper.  If you think OfficeAutopilot might be for you, fill out the form at the bottom of this page and we'll be in touch.

 

"Where do I learn about new features?"

Here is the best place, but we'll also email current account holders with announcements.  For critical system notices or anything that may require action on your part, we'll also make an announcement in a banner when you login.

 

"How often do you update the software?"

All the time. Typically at least twice a month for little stuff and at least once a quarter for significant feature upgrades.

 

"Do I have the latest version?"

Probably the second-to-latest version.  We maintain two public-facing versions of the system: the current 'stable' build which has been tested and has most of the big, nasty bugs worked out, and the 'beta' version which is always hot off the press (and can be... 'exciting' at times).  If you like to live on the edge and love seeing the newest stuff, let support know and we can put you on the beta system.

 

"Can you guys build this really cool feature for me?"

Let us know about your ideas at http://feedback.sendpepper.com.  We keep a close eye on that system as we hammer out the dev queue each month. Vote for the best ideas and if it's popular and it makes good sense, we'll do it.
