Overview
PilotPress is a WordPress plug-in that brings the power of OfficeAutoPilot to the WordPress platform, specifically:
- Create an Affiliate Network with customized login and reporting
- A Customer Center for handlings purchases and subscriptions
- Insert OfficeAutoPilot Forms (such as SmartForms and OrderForms)
- Create a Membership Site with Access Levels and Protected Content
- Create Website Subscriber users for Contacts
- Create Signup Forms that create Contacts / Website Subscribers
- Show / Hide Pages based on Membership Level
- Track Page Views within OfficeAutoPilot
- Merge Fields for logged-in users
Compatibility
Due to the nature of the WordPress log-in system, some WordPress Plug-ins and Themes are presently incompatible with PilotPress, among them:
- OptimizePress
- WishList
- BuddyPress

Common Issues
Issue: PilotPress is telling me that my site is not enabled.
On occasion, specific WordPress configurations have connectivity issues with OfficeAutoPilot. Please double check your settings in the API details area of PilotPress and make sure the site is properly added in the "Integrate Existing WordPress Site" panel within OfficeAutoPilot. If that is all fine, please get in touch with your account administrator.
Issue: Blank-page appears on my site when a new Website Subscriber clicks to log in for the first time.
This usually means that the Theme on your site is conflicting with PilotPress. Try selecting a different theme and trying again, should you desire to not change the theme, please get in touch with your account administrator in order to help debug the issue.
Issue: Membership Levels are not appearing in the Edit Post / Page panel
This is usually due to connectivity problems between your WordPress site and OfficeAutoPilot. Please try logging in and out of the WordPress admin area. Should this issue persist, please get in touch with your account administrator.
