"How do I cancel?"
You MUST cancel your own account. Here's how: Go to the "My Account" link in the upper right of your screen. Then click "View and Change My Subscription" link. Once inside that screen, you'll find the 'Cancel' link at the bottom of the screen. Hate to see you go!
"I'm a SendPepper customer but I'm ready to upgrade to OfficeAutopilot. How do I do that?"

"Why have I been charged this seemingly random charge from you guys? It's not time for my monthly billing and it's not the amount I'm usually charged for my monthly fee, either."
It's very likely a charge for print credits. See, if you send postcards (either manually OR automatically via a sequence or active response rule), and you DON'T have enough print credits to cover the send, we charge your credit card for the number of postcards it will take to fulfill that send out (in increments of 10).

Do I need to add my unsubscribe number with my complaints to get the total number of opt outs?
No, unsubscribes count both manual unsubscribes and unsubscribes that happened as a result of a spam complaint.
