Learning Resources: FAQs O
Order Forms
"How come my international clients cannot make a purchase off my order form?"
This would be because your gateway doesn't allow for international purchases. If you switch your gateway to a new gateway that can accept international purchases, then it will work. Also give paypal a shot as it may be a viable workaround as long as its not a subscription product.
I want to place my order form onto a secure (https) page for my clients to use, do you guys offer this service?
Yep, we do, if you check out our new free subdomains for Landing Pages you'll see: myquickcheckout.com, safechckout.com, safecheckout.info, and checkoutnow.info. These are our new secure landing page domains. Use one of those on your landing page and just make sure that when you link to them you insert a "s" into the domain, example: https://yourpage.myquickcheckout.com
I'm using Paypal, but I can't use it on my subscription product's order forms, why not?
In order to use Paypal with OfficeAutopilot as a payment gateway you'll need to upgrade your account to Paypal's Website Payment Pro package, without it you can't do subscription charges.
I changed my payment gateway password, and now none of my order forms work, why?
Since our payment gateway integration requires the password to be up to date within OfficeAutopilot, you'll need to do a couple things in the event of a password change with your gateway. You'll need to first go into the payment
gateway area of the Admin menu and change the password there. Once you've done that, you'll need to re-post your order form code wherever those forms might live, so that the change reflects.
I have a digital product attached to one of my order forms. How can I fulfill that to people who have ordered it?
There are a couple of ways this can be done. One would be to create a sequence for people whos payment is successful. In the sequence, have an email include a download link to a hosted file (through our file manager). Another (if you have a WordPress site with our PilotPress plugin installed) would be to create a page with the digital content and restrict it to a specific membership level. When a purchase is successful, you can create a rule to give the contact access to that page so they can view and/or download the content. With an additional in-sequence rule, you can even disable their access after so many days.
Which payment gateways do you guys support on your order forms?

I use a gateway you guys don't currently support. Is there a way you can make this happen?
We are adding new gateways every couple weeks! Simple post what you want us to add at our feedback site.
