About Pro Services

If you’ve ever wished upon a star that a magical fairy would fly down and trick out your website site or build your marketing and business automation systems for you, then your day has come (save for the magical fairy part, sorry).

That’s right...our Pro Services department offers a number of different products and services. These include an array of different e-mail and Landing Page templates, WordPress packages, as well as three (mostly) done-for-you business systems packages.  To put it quite simply, these new offerings rock - hard.

For the business systems packages we’ve created and packaged-up all of the parts of the system for you! All you need to do is drop the package into your account via a simple little package code, customize the various pieces with your content, and you’re on your way! Packages

At the heart of Pro Service's offerings are their packages. These come both in free versions and in paid versions. The paid version includes set up and putting-together of the different pieces, as well as support throughout whereas the free version is do-it-yourself.

Build a List Package

This package is designed to handle the basic processes involved with having entry points on your website for leads to submit their information so that you can start
generating a list to market to.

With this package you will be ready to start building and nurturing a list by:

• Placing a Contact Us form onto your website or landing page

• Having automated initial follow-up with contacts who fill out the Contact Us form

• Automatically generate a task for you to follow-up and answer the contact’s questions via email

• Placing a Lead Generation form onto your website or landing page

• Having automated follow-up via email with contacts who fill out the Lead Generation form

• Placing a Newsletter form onto your website or landing page

• Having automated follow-up via email with contacts who fill out the Newsletter form as a long term lead nurturing campaign.

With this package you’ll have all the necessary tools to cover the basics of building and nurturing a list. Be thinking about what kinds of emails you want to be using to communicate with these contacts both in the immediate short term (Lead Generation), and the long term (Newsletter recipients).

Sell Your Stuff Package

The purpose of this package is to get you up and running and selling your stuff online fast.

With this package you will be ready to start selling your stuff online by:

• Hooking up your products to a payment gateway and creating your products and order forms.

• Placing those order forms on your website to start selling your stuff!

• Manage the finer points such as delivering your products and managing declined cards.

The things to consider include what kind of messaging you’re going to want to include in these emails because with this package, it’s extremely likely that you’ll want to replace our default content with your own since ours will most likely be too generic for your product line.

Affiliate Package

We created this package to give you a jumping off point for the beast that is Affiliate management. Most people who have affiliate programs are already selling product. If you don’t have products set up with OfficeAutopilot, we’d recommend holding off on installing this package and instead use our Sell Your Stuff package.

With this package you will be ready to start building and nurturing affiliates by:

• Generating affiliates via your affiliate sign up form placed on your website.

• Nurturing your affiliates with automated follow up sequences.

• Rewarding your affiliates with milestone notifications for you to send them a gift, give them a personal call, or some other action of your choosing.

There are a few things to consider when creating your affiliate program as there are various affiliate program options. For example; do you want to pay your first or last referrer? Are you going to automatically approve your affiliates, or require approval? Do you want your cookies to expire?

Membership Package

We created this package to handle the new craze in online business: Membership. This package allows you to totally automate not only the granting of access to new customers, but you'll also be able to automate the process following a card decline.

With this package you will be ready to start granting membership access by:

• Granting access to your membership site automatically when someone purchases a product.

• Automatically pause the release of your drip content when a contact's card declines.

• Cancel access for delinquent contacts who, after declining an initial time, never update their credit card.

FAQs

How do I have you guys install and put the pieces of these packages together for me?

You'll have to get the paid versions of these packages if you want it installed and the pieces put together for you. These cost $99, and there's currently a waiting list which you can get on by filling out out this form.
